More than 25 years of supporting RTO administration
RTO Growth is the virtual assistant service of RTO Software. We've been providing virtual admin support to Australian training organisations since 2000.
Built from inside the RTO sector
Our first virtual admin service for RTOs started in 2000, supporting colleges using our original student management system. We saw first-hand how much day-to-day administration RTO teams carry, and how hard it is to find admin staff who already understand VET.
In 2011 we rebuilt the service into the model we use today: dedicated VAs trained in the VET sector, every client process documented, backup cover, and daily reporting on every task and hour.
The service was built from the ground up, including the training and processes our VAs still follow, by the same team that runs it today. It's now available to any RTO, CRICOS or ELICOS provider, whatever systems you use.

Who'll be working with you
Our VA team is based in Amritsar, India. They're employed and trained by us, and their work is focused on RTO administration.
Trained in VET first
Every VA completes an induction in VET, CRICOS and ELICOS terminology, processes and workflows, then works under supervision alongside experienced team members before being given their own client account.
Learns your way of working
RTOs all do things differently. Your VA is trained on your processes and documents them in a knowledge base kept for your RTO, including who reviews the work.
Part of a team
Your VA is backed by a team that also knows your processes, so leave, illness or staff changes don't leave you without support.
Your data stays in your systems
RTOs have strict obligations around student information, and our service is designed around them.
- VAs work remotely inside your own systems, using access you set up and control
- Client data is never downloaded, copied or stored on our side
- VAs are bound by confidentiality obligations in their employment contracts
- We can sign a confidentiality agreement with your RTO on request
- You can remove access at any time
